Terms of Service

The Terms of Service (TOS) outline the agreement between patients and a telemedicine provider on a telemedicine platform, detailing rights, responsibilities, and usage guidelines. For patients receiving telemedicine, it specifies service usage, data privacy, fees, and user conduct. Given telemedicine crosses various jurisdictions, local laws may affect service delivery, and patients should be aware these laws can differ by location. The TOS also highlights that terms, services, and fees are subject to change, emphasizing the dynamic nature of telemedicine and the importance of staying informed about current terms.
